Childhood and Early Life: Akansha Sharma
Akansha Sharma is an Indian actress, model, entrepreneur and fashion influencer who works in the Indian Film industry particularly in the Kannada and Hindi film industries. Akanksha was born on 14th of April, 1997 and she is from the Bahadurgarh region of Haryana, India. She was born into a Hindu family and her mother’s name is Sakshi Sharma, who owns The Chapter Academy in Haryana, and she also has a brother whose name is Dhruv Sharma. Not much is known about her father, but it has been reported that he owns a business.
Akansha Sharma did her schooling from Bal Bharti School in Bahadurgarh, Haryana, but when she was in eighth standard, she and her family relocated to Gurgaon. She later moved to Delhi and continued her education at the Queen’s Valley School in Dwarka, New Delhi. It is reported that she gained a bachelor’s degree from IIT Delhi, though what the degree is is not known.
As a child, Akansha was keen on participating in the various cultural programs organised by her schools. Eventually, she developed an interest in modeling and acting, and started to pursue modeling assignments.
Career: Akansha Sharma
Akansha started getting more modeling and acting opportunities after winning the title of Miss Teen India in the year 2014. She became famous for her appearance in many ad films for the promotion of products across Indian television. She has modeled for brands like Santoor Soaps, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Hair and Care, Amway and many more. In the advertisement for Santoor, she was known as the Santoor Girl, and she acted alongside Varun Dhawan.
Apart from commercials, Akansha also acted in some films and made appearances in music videos. She was brought into the spotlight after appearing in the music video of Do Dil, next to famous Indian singer Darshan Raval. Akansha made her film debut in 2020 with the movie Trivikrama, where she starred next to Vikram Ravichandran. She has also worked with famous Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff, and appeared in the music video of Disco Dancer 2.0. One of her most current works was appearing in the music video for Jugnu alongside singer Baadshah.
She was often featured in newspaper articles and one time, she walked the ramp for a Manish Malhotra show.
Physicality
Akansha is an Indian woman with fair, wheatish skin complexion, brown eyes and brown hair. She is 5’7″ in height and one time, for her appearance in a commercial for Amway products, she cut her hair quite short. Her favourite colours are said to he black and red, and she enjoys drinking coffee. Akansha is also a sketch artist and on her Instagram account, she often posts her wonderful works of art. She loves to read books, and one of her favourite books are Sita : Warrior of Mithila. She likes travelling, and her favourite places to visit are those with a solid historical backstory. Rajasthan is one of her favourite places to visit.
